The Cry is a sculpture from his Faces collection dating back to the 1960s. It traces the influences that shaped its many iterations. The Cry is primal, forged amid the human suffering and moral upheaval of an era defined by the Vietnam War and the grief that lingered within society and James Knowles personally.
